Terms & Conditions

General

These terms and conditions set out the basis on which you can use our website and place orders for items from Jordan Bikes Ltd. By ordering goods from Jordan Bikes Ltd you are deemed to have understood and accepted these terms. The supplier of the goods featured is Jordan Bikes Ltd, Gelderd Road, Leeds, LS27 7JN. Two Brothers Racing products are designed and built in California, USA.

We may contact you for marketing purposes from time to time with relevant offers or promotions, but we will not pass your details onto any third party.

Orders

A contract is formed between Jordan Bikes Ltd and you when we despatch the goods you have ordered. Until the goods are despatched the order may be cancelled. Exceptions apply to personalised items and goods made to your order, orders for which cannot be cancelled once you have received email confirmation that your order has been accepted.
We may decline to supply goods to you without giving any reason. If payment has already been made, this would be refunded.

Delivery Charges

Our delivery charge to mainland UK is just £5 no matter how large your order, with the following exceptions: Delivery will be charged at £10 for outside of mainland UK, eg Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Scilly Isles, Scottish Islands etc. Basically, if getting on a boat is required to get to your delivery address, it’s £10. We do not deliver outside of the UK, see www.twobros.com for other worldwise distributors if you require product outside of the UK.
Items will be shipped to you by courier or royal mail within 2 working days of order, subject to availability, and should arrive with you within 5 working days of placing the order. In the unlikely event that we do not have your item in stock, we will contact you with an estimated delivery date.

Free Delivery Offers

Free delivery offers are subject to change and are ONLY applicable to mainland UK.

Returns

Faulty/Damaged Goods
Two Brothers Racing products come with a 12 month manufacturing defect guarantee. This guarantee does not cover clothing items.
To be covered by our guarantee, you must observe the following points:
Upon delivery, you agree to check the goods on receipt and inform us of any obvious external cosmetic damage following inspection of the goods. If there is any obvious cosmetic external damage to the goods at the time of delivery then you agree to note these on the delivery paperwork or refuse the delivery.
Signing the delivery note to accept receipt, allowing our drivers time to unpack the goods and confirming you have inspected them for any obvious external cosmetic damage are conditions of the sale and we reserve the right not to complete the delivery if you refuse these conditions. If we refuse delivery then the goods will be returned and all monies paid will be refunded.
Where any obvious cosmetic external damage has been noted on your Proof of Delivery this shall not affect your legal rights.
Subject to the other provisions of these conditions we shall only be liable for any foreseeable consequence to both of us at the time you make the relevant order. Our liability shall not in any event include pure economic loss, loss of profits, loss of business, depletion of goodwill and similar loss), costs, damages, charges or expenses caused directly or indirectly by any delay in the delivery of the goods.
Notwithstanding our Delivery condition above If, after the goods have been fitted, you find a fault; we reserve the right to request that the following
is complied with:
You provide written notice of the defect to us and/or telephone us quoting your order reference number within 7 days of discovering the defect.
You return the defective item(s) to us.
Upon confirmation from us that there is a manufacturing fault or defect, and the goods do not conform to the contract, we shall at our option repair or replace such goods (or the defective part) or refund the price of such goods, whichever is considered to be economically viable by Jordan Bikes Ltd.

Please Note: All motorcycle products are sold on the basis that they are suitable for bike-specific use only. Use of products for a different make, model or use other than specified will void your warranty.

If any item arrives damaged or faulty you should in the first instance contact us at sales@jordanbikes.com or on 0113 238 3707 and we will contact the courier and ascertain if it was damaged in transit. A replacement will only be sent once we confirm what has happened and have instructed you to send the item back. Once we receive the original item back, we will send a replacement, and we will cover the cost of the shipping.

Non-Faulty Goods
If for any reason you decide you no longer require an item that has been sent to you, we will offer a refund minus a 15% handling fee, upon return of the item in original packaging, unused and unopened.
We will not refund or cover the shipping cost unless in cases of damaged or faulty goods.

Availability

All orders for products are subject to availability. In the unlikely event that we do not have your item or size in stock, we will contact you as soon as possible with an estimated delivery date. If we are no longer able to provide an item that you have ordered, we may contact you and suggest an alternative but would not make the decision for you. If you do not want the alternative, payment will be refunded in full. Refunds can take up to 30 days as per the Distant Selling Directive.
Payment will be taken for out of stock items to secure stock, only if you are happy to proceed with the order and agree to wait for the item(s).

Product dimensions, weights, colours & specifications
Jordan Bikes Ltd have taken great care to ensure that all images represent the products on offer Whilst we try to be as accurate as possible, all sizes, weights and measurements quoted on this website are approximate and are subject to human error.

Images of the products shown on this website are for illustrative purposes only. We have made every effort to display all products and colours of products accurately. The photographs shown were taken in neutral light and represent the actual colours of the garments as accurately as can be expected when reproduced on a computer monitor. Errors and omissions excepted, all photographs are of the actual products on sale.

Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that product specifications are correct on this website due to continual product development through research & design specifications may change without notice.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with our level of service or with a Two Brother Racing product that we have sent you, please contact us by email at sales@jordanbikes.com, telephone on 0113 238 3707 or by post to Two Brothers Racing UK, Jordan Bikes Ltd, Gelderd Road, Leeds LS27 7JN.
We aim to deal with complaints quickly and efficiently. All complaints are logged, investigated and replied to.

Liability

The following provisions set out the entire financial liability of Jordan Bikes Ltd (including any liability for the acts or omissions of Two Brothers Racing INC)in respect of:
1. any breach of these conditions;
2. any use made or resale by you of any of the goods, or of any product incorporating any of the goods; and
3. any representation, statement or tortious act or omission including negligence arising under or in connection with the Contract.

All warranties, conditions and other terms implied by statute or common law (save for the conditions implied by section 12 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979) are to the fullest extent permitted by law excluded from the Contract.

Nothing in these conditions excludes or limits the liability of Jordan Bikes Ltd:
1. for death or personal injury caused by Jordan Bikes Ltd or Two Brothers Racing INC negligence; or
2. under section 2(3), Consumer Protection Act 1987; or
3. for any matter which it would be illegal for Jordan Bikes Ltd to exclude or attempt to exclude its liability; or
4. for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Subject to the above clauses:
1. Jordan Bikes Ltd total liability in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of legal duty), misrepresentation, restitution or otherwise, arising in connection with the performance or contemplated performance of the Contract shall be limited to the Contract price; and
2. we will only be responsible for any losses that you suffer as a result to the extent that they are a foreseeable consequence to both of us at a the time you make the relevant order. Our liability shall not in any event include loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business, wasted expenditure, depletion of goodwill, and loss of privacy or any other claims which arise out of or in connection with the Contract.

General
These Product Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be decided only by the English courts. If any of these Product Terms is held by any court of competent authority to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, this will not affect the validity of the remaining Product Terms which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
